It’s day three already and the fun is still out of this world! Today we started off with music-filled chapel and group pictures. In my group, we did a digital scavenger hunt and the kids had to use their direction vocabulary for an obstacle course. After a short break, we discussed our favorite things by playing “Last Man Standing.” The love here in Jastrzębie is overflowing from the teachers, cooks, and the kids. There is no language barrier or problem to big to stop the love of Jesus from spreading like a wildfire. The verse for today says, “Anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone: a new life has begun” -2 Corinthians 5:17. When we belong to Christ, we are new and we live that new life together as a community. That’s how it is at Day Camp and in the church around the world. With day three done, I can’t wait to see what God has in store for us for the rest of the week and how the love of Jesus is going to affect everyone at Day Camp.
